Quake & Quake II are the best games currently on the
Internet (and anywhere else for that matter)! We are glad to host these servers.
We have seen players from all over the US playing on our server and have even hosted
players from Japan and New Zealand.
If you have never played Quake before here are some screen shots (courtesy of stomped.com) to
give you an idea of what people are talking about. While the game is quite graphic in its
level of violence we find it quite cathartic in relieving aggression (how can you be angry
after you have just serial murdered 50 other players)
We are running a number of modifications on our Quake server.

| Time Limit = 45 minutes per level | Because we have a few of the death match levels to play on and they do not have an exit. | |
| Pipe Bombs | They are located by pressing the Grenade key (6) | You set them off with "Impulse 23", we have also modified them to explode at .5 seconds. This make them great for lobbing as you run backwards with someone chasing you. They will explode in the face of the player chasing you. |
| Rocket Pods | They are located by pressing the Rocket key (7) | They sound impressive, but they are kinda weak - 25% of the power of a regualr rocket. They are great when you have Quad! |
| Homing Missle | They are located by pressing the Rocket key (7) | These weapons use five rockets at a time and can be devastating if you are unaware of them, but you can easily outrun them (unlike a rocket). |
| Pulse Rifle | This in in place of the normal nail gun | |
| Level Randomizing | Because we hate level jumpers who race to get to only the level they like to play on. |
